  Also please, if possible, have 2 checks for each child if you have multiple children registered in PYLAX.

  
BOYS Uniform Distribution - Pre-Season Schedule: 

When/Where: Saturday, March 5, 2022 at No Offseason Sports Complex parking lot  (904 Little Deer Creek Valley Rd., Russellton, PA 15076)

Please arrive 30 min before your practice to receive your uniform and practice pinnie.

Note: If you are unable to pick up uniforms during pre-season, we will make arrangements to distribute on the second day of practice. 

What: You will need a check (no cash accepted) per player made out to PYLAX in the amount noted by age group below.  You must include your child’s full name on the memo line. You must provide a uniform deposit to receive a uniform.

BOYS 8U

Two checks needed ($20 deposit for lacrosse pinnie, and $20 to be cashed for lacrosse shorts)

1. Numbered PYLAX pinnie (game day uniform)

• $20.00 deposit (check payable to PYLAX) - check to be destroyed upon return at the End of the Year Picnic

2. Blue shorts with pockets

• ​$20.00 check to be cashed. Players keep the shorts, and can use for next year as well.​ Venmo payment option NOT available for shorts.

BOYS 10U, 12U, 14U

Two checks needed ($50 deposit for lacrosse jersey, and $20 to be cashed for lacrosse shorts)

1. Numbered reversible PYLAX jersey (game day uniform)

• ​$50.00 deposit (check payable to PYLAX) - check to be destroyed upon return at the End of the Year Picnic

2. Blue shorts with pockets

• ​$20.00 check to be cashed. Players keep the shorts, and can use for next year as well. Venmo payment option NOT available for shorts.

3. (OPTIONAL) Red shooter shirt (Under-Armor)

• ​This shirt goes under the jersey for game day. This is not a requirement.
• The cost is $20.00, which can be purchased using another check, OR you can provide one check totaling $40.00. Samples will be available at the uniform distribution day.

​**  PYLAX Practice Pinnies will only be provided to new players in the program or if your child has outgrown their pinnie.  Please consider returning extra pinnies you have taking up space in your closets.

GIRLS Uniform Distribution - Pre-Season Schedule: 

When/Where:  Sunday, March 6th, 2022 at No Offseason Sports Complex parking lot  (709 Little Deer Creek Valley Road, Pittsburgh, PA, 15076)

Please arrive 30 min before your practice to receive your uniform and practice pinnie.

Note: If you are unable to pick up uniforms during pre-season, we will make arrangements to distribute on the second day of practice.

 
What: You will need a check (no cash accepted) per player made out to PYLAX in the amount of $75.00.  You must include your child’s full name on the memo line. You must provide a uniform deposit to receive a uniform.

Year-End Uniform RETURN Policy:
 
All Boys/Girls uniforms must be returned at the PYLAX “Year-End Event” OR within thirty (30) days of the end of the season to avoid having your check cashed.  No exceptions.

• Uniforms must be clean / fully laundered and placed in a clear plastic bag/Ziploc marked with Player Name, Jersey Number, and Short Size.
• PYLAX will hold the checks until the end of the season and will destroy such checks when the clean, bagged uniforms are received. 
• If you fail to return your uniform or return it in poor condition your check will be cashed.
